The name Co-êkotê Fêqê is derived from the Iron Elvish language, as Co-êkotê Fêqê was founded by Gadshê Zëmë, who was culturaly Iron Elven.
Climate
Co-êkotê Fêqê has a yearly average temperature of 25°C (77°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a warm 30°C (86°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a cool 20°C (68°F). Co-êkotê Fêqê receives an average of 226 cm/y (88 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of rain during the summer. Co-êkotê Fêqê covers an area of nearly 4 km2 (1 mi2), and an average elevation of 2980 m (9776 ft) above sea level.
Overview
Co-êkotê Fêqê was founded durring the early 16th century in fall of the year 1500, by Gadshê Zëmë. The establishment of Co-êkotê Fêqê was only bairly constructed. The sheer number of problems with its founding were enough to make several of the backers funding Co-êkotê Fêqê's construction back out of the project. Gadshê Zëmë pushed on reguardles, and Co-êkotê Fêqê was finished, but starts off as a terible place to live.
Co-êkotê Fêqê was built using the conventions of Iron Elven durring the early 16th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Co-êkotê Fêqê is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature timber framed wooden shiethed or brick construction, which gives form to a very formalized, rational, expence effishent arcatectural style based on strictly symmetrical designs which universaly feature pitched roofs, shutters, and the occasional column or pilaster for a decorative touch.
Co-êkotê Fêqê is buildings are arranged within a network of narrow packed earth streets which form a rectangular grid, where each block verries in size given the proximity of the paralell streets forming each section. The ocasional smaller block has been used to construct a park, plaza, and other communal structures. The town sits comfortably behind a palisade wall complete with a timber gatehouse and battlments. The town's timber-based walls are visibly old, but also obviously well maintained. Its likly the local malishia or garrison are tasked with routine mantance of the town's defences.
A look around Co-êkotê Fêqê seems to be home to a quite vibrant and boisterous community. Everywhere one looks they can see people going out their daily business with a smile and a spring in their step. Children play loudly in the streets, causing untold havoc as youth are want and allowed to do. On second glance, that chaos continues into adulthood. People seem to be allowed to do as they please with little harmoney to anything. It feels less like a town, and more like a spot people just happened to place their homes. Yet there are small elements here and there which show the underlying structure of the community. It’s just so complex, organic, and flowing one can only understand what is a piece of the puzzle, but not what its neighbors are.
Civic Infrastructure
Co-êkotê Fêqê has an Office of Civil Vicary, which is responsible for providing a livelyhood for all officialy recognised religious figures within Co-êkotê Fêqê.
Co-êkotê Fêqê has a Gravedigger's Guild, which is responsible for collecting the dead and laying them to rest according to all applicable laws and religious customs.
Co-êkotê Fêqê has a Highwayman's Guild, which is tasked with maintaining the roads and highways leading into town as well as keeping them safe for travelers.
Co-êkotê Fêqê has a monistary of an order of Civil Monks, who provide divine-related services to the general public and maintain Co-êkotê Fêqê's public wards, blessings, and other arcane systems.
Co-êkotê Fêqê possesses an older civil lighting system consisting of street lamps. These lights provide nighttime illumination to most city streets.
Co-êkotê Fêqê has a Parks and Recreation Department, which is responsible for the construction, management, and usage rights for all of its parks and parklands.
Co-êkotê Fêqê has a public schooling program overseen by the Hall of Sages who has the responsibility of ensuring access to affordable high-quality education in all basic classes (Reading, Writing, Mathmatics, General Sciences, General Arcana, and Social Education) is made available to all citizens.
Cultural Notes
Co-êkotê Fêqê's garrison was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used makes use of a large oblong hall or building with double colonnades and a semicircular apse and symmetrical central-plan, resulting in buildings with a square central mass and four arms of equal length. Decorative features included domed rooves, arches, soaring spaces, and sumptuous decoration: marble columns and inlay, mosaics on the vaults, inlaid-stone pavements, and sometimes gold coffered ceilings.
Due to the actions of local Kami, winter is short in Co-êkotê Fêqê.
The Blightspawn near Co-êkotê Fêqê are known to be more aggressive than normal.
Co-êkotê Fêqê's citizens partake in a curious ritual relating to their local kami. It takes place in summer and involves gestures to channel Illusion energies of tier 3 via guttural bellowing.

In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the late 2nd century a local hero by the name of slew a monster which had been terrorizing the streets of Co-êkotê Fêqê. A small order of knights was founded in 's honor, and bears his name to this day.
